AT HOME WITH FIMA. A NEW SHOWROOM TO EXPERIENCE AND ARTICULATE THE BRAND

Rethinking the corporate showroom sees the focus shift from just the spaces to encompass the way the spaces are experienced and the feelings they seek to convey. This is the starting point for this latest project, analysing an exhibition need that is more storytelling, to support the growth that the company has experienced over the last decade and to exalt the surrounding area. Indeed, the surroundings become the leitmotif of the design concept and guide the CMF – Colours, Materials and Finishes – matrix. The result is an intimate and cosy space expanding over 300 square metres, alternating experiential corners where water is protagonist with functional technical compartments, explaining FIMA products also from a plant engineering perspective.

The new showroom thus blends a didactic and informative component with a more immersive and emotional storytelling. The resulting equilibrium is ultimately the perfect destination for discovering FIMA’s vision for tapware, becoming central to the space and thus open to seize cues and opportunities for collaborations and building together. But it is also a starting point for rethinking workspaces in general with a view to rendering them increasingly person-oriented and focused on wellbeing.

NATURAL ELEMENTS TO CONVEY WELLBEING AND AUTHENTICITY

Water, light, vegetation – components that characterise a natural landscape infiltrate the FIMA showroom. Here a “green” entrance acts as a filter for the new exhibition environment. This passageway opens into the water area, resembling a little lake where working shower heads from the Wellness catalogue alternate.

A luminous tensile structure simulates a sunrise-sunset cycle, condensed into 10 minutes in the outdoor area. A everyday experience to be lived, where colours are neutral and coordinated, exalted by all-natural finishes. The materials alternate between soft fabrics, tactile surfaces and sophisticated details. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and always elegant.

With these choices, the dialogue shifts from the ephemeral trends of fashion and towards a more personal dimension of wellbeing based on concrete and authentic elements, as are the natural touches that we transfer from the outside world to the corporate world. And this is the very message that FIMA wishes to convey to the market – the ability to be clear, empathetic and authentic towards customers.

FLUID SPACES AND FUNCTIONAL PRODUCTS FOR AN INTERACTIVE APPROACH

The showroom space is structured into precise thematic areas that maintain an unwavering continuity of materials and language. To support the exhibition, domotics have been introduced, facilitating interaction with the products to test them or show their potential.

In the WELLNESS area, for example, the various shower heads are automatically activated with a precise loop rhythm to truly appreciate the effects and different types of jets. Here, FIMA’s most interesting and innovative models are on display. For example, there is the recent STILL and O3 along with the iconic SFERA or the pretty MELOGRANO designed by Davide Vercelli.

The space dedicated to the high-end range is also designed to be interactive. Being able to feel the quality of the products for yourself means being able to evaluate the way they are used, perhaps structured into the various items in the collection as in the case of SO and SO AQUA or of the latest SLIDE and PARKLANE. Then there is the display of the best-selling collections, all in chrome to emphasise the most popular version on the market.

If domotics proves essential for the OUTDOOR corner – where free-standing showers INGIRO, OUT.SIDE and MARMOREA alternate their water jets in a fanciful garden – the area dedicated to didactics is more technical. An extensive wall unites distinct shower solutions comprising the items in the BATHROOM and WELLNESS catalogue, to see how each is installed by opening the panel on which they are fitted. This is a clear and impactful method for appreciating the qualities of FIMA BOX housings.

The technical area is completed by a long table with a series of drawers in which the variants of the collections are displayed – hand showers, slide rails, bathtub spouts, attachments and accessories that complete the product range. The various handles designed for each series are also available, with textures, surface treatments and finishes in all the visual and tactile nuances.

The Colour Collection, rather, is set up like a palette, with a magnetic solution for selecting the most suitable finishes for the finer details of your interior design projects, building a live-material mood board based around the FIMA items.

WELCOME TO OUR HOME – WELCOME TO FIMA

An evocative display, a didactic component but above all, a welcoming environment. The decision to devote as much care to the spaces and a great number of resources to the showroom is one more way to open the doors to FIMA and facilitate meetings with architects, contractors and our customers. A true “home” to be explored and experienced together, open to those who want to get to know us in a mutual exchange of proposals and opportunities for growth.
