An OUTDOOR project suspended between sky & sea, united by FIMA for a place of wellness.
Nestled in the hills of Salerno, where terraced slopes lead down to a sea of a thousand shades of blue, Roof Garden Costiera is a perfectly-harmonised outdoor project that combines elegance, comfort and sustainability. At the same time, this project enhances the exclusive panorama of the Amalfi Coast for an immersive experience amidst the scents and colours of the Mediterranean.
Architects Vincenzo Falcone and Tonia Pezzuti, founders of BE.ON DVYSION, were able to meticulously transform an uncultivated and charmless terrace into a place of elegance and serenity, selecting products that share the same intentions: attention to luxury aesthetics without ever being ostentatious, excellent and durable materials especially for the outdoors, as well as a taste for detail that stands out amidst simple and rational lines.
The result is a space to be experienced in full, in an evocative atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.

A COLOUR PALETTE IN HARMONY WITH THE LANDSCAPE
Colours always play a central role in designing a space – and all the more so in an outdoor project designed to dialogue with the surrounding landscape and nature.
Thus, the claddings of the Roof Garden Costiera are neutral in tone yet deeply textured, with surfaces rich in veining and subtle contrasts. The same are then applied inside and outside, on the floor and walls in a spirit of continuation. Covering the access staircase as well as the seating, planters or retaining wall, a homogeneous yet living and enveloping backdrop is forged.
The modern lines of the furnishings complement the Mediterranean vegetation and the blue sea, whilst a colour palette inspired by warm earth and stone creates a visual balance that amplifies the beauty of the setting. We find nods to natural especially in the fabrics and accessories where green details alternate with warm, intense textures in shades of brown. The same shade is used for the weathering-steel screens that define the wellness area, where the OUT.SIDE shower by FIMA stands out.
LUXURY AND FUNCTIONALITY IN EVERY DETAIL
Every detail of Roof Garden Costiera has been designed to offer a unique sensory experience, without overlooking practicality.
The bioclimatic pergola creates a flexible shaded zone that even houses a sturdy and fully-equipped kitchen. Artificial illumination bolsters the ample natural light to render the terrace an atmospheric space that varies according to the time of day, without ever losing its charm and atmosphere.
The wellness area is within a raised section of the terrace, carefully defined to create a more intimate and contained space. The shower corner is spacious and minimalist, with a simple floor tray from which the FIMA Carlo Frattini shower column emerges in all its elegance and simplicity. Designed by Davide Vercelli, OUT.SIDE is undoubtedly the most eloquent choice for the project. Amongst the collections in the Outdoor catalogue, this product stands out for being an understated yet distinctive product, made entirely of stainless steel precisely to be perfectly durable over time.
But OUT.SIDE also differs in the possibility of customisation, precisely in order to create those unique details that the architects of BE.ON DVYSION sought for the entire project. The shower handle here is a white Carrara marble version, with veins reminiscent of those in the kitchen and a tactile nature that harmonises with the wall tiles. FIMA even offers black Marquina marble and coloured finishes in shades reminiscent of natural elements: ivory white, agave green, indigo blue, as well as classic matt black. The water jet is likewise customisable, with a choice of waterfall, mist or rain. This is the case for the model chosen for the Roof Garden Costiera.
