An exclusive residence in the heart of Norway designed for the founder of FabLab, seeing an interior design studio based in Oslo become a vibrant example of boldness and stylistic innovation.
The property represents a high-impact residential project, split into two luxury apartments that stand out for their unique personality and the strong capacity to dare with new colours and combinations. Each room is designed to be a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere, where the beauty of contrasts blends with a refined and contemporary design, where many elements are tailor-made to customise the living space.
COLOURS AND MATERIALS TO EMPHASISE VOLUMES
The concept of the abode develops around the idea of a ‟living” dwelling, able to transmit energy and vitality through the innovative use of colour.
An open space, with a blend of intimate and more convivial areas, where large windows offer up vistas of the outdoors through cherry-red frames. This is the same tint as the diamond cladding on the exterior walls, underscoring the building’s volumes and portions. A colour-blocking technique that also unites the interior design and the bathrooms in particular. This stylistic choice encompasses spacious surfaces adorned with blocks of colour across the entire wall, here made with ceramic coatings in decisive tones, where blue, red and green alternate expertly for an original and delightful effect.

FIMA CARLO FRATTINI TAPWARE: ELEGANCE AND FUNCTIONALITY
To further enhance the project in FABLAB APT, we find the FIMA Carlo Frattini sanitary fixtures, chosen to embellish every bathroom of the residence.
The Spillo Up, Spillo Tech and Mast collections have been selected for their elegance and functionality, with finishes in brushed gold and stainless steel, perfectly in tune with the bold and sophisticated design of the rooms themselves. Combined with the brushed gold or chrome finish, the subtle and minimalist lines of the SPILLO UP and SPILLO TECH series add a touch of timeless luxury. The MAST series, also in brushed gold, is refined by elements of emerald green and ocean blue furniture, creating a visual contrast that enhances the depth and character of the spaces.
