This focus is evidenced by cutting-edge investments in environmental and health protection, leading us to introduce technical and technological solutions well in advance to reduce consumption, emissions and harmful residues.

And it finds expression in proposals with a design that is not extemporaneous but aimed at creating timeless products.

We reduce travel and contain CO₂ emissions both within the plants through integrated logistics that cut the distances between production spaces and warehouses, and in the supply phase through the choice of “0 km” materials from a majority of suppliers in the immediate vicinity (over 95% within a radius of 15 km), with the additional objective of boosting the territory and the local economy.

We have chosen to use trivalent chromium for 100% of our production, representing a safe alternative to hexavalent chromium. Yet, since we are accustomed to never settling – even in excellence – we have taken an extra step in terms of quality and sustainability by developing FIMA Tech Chromium.

Yet another choice in the interest of the environment comes with the opening of a new department for PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) processing, where we have combined traditional galvanic processes with an eco-compatible yet quality practice. There are numerous functional and aesthetic advantages, including greater surface hardness, better corrosion resistance and the possibility of creating fascinating and durable metallic tones.

We promote reuse thanks to an extensive spare parts catalogue, which allows products to be repaired, regenerated and placed back on the market, or even simply to alter their original function. What’s more, we recycle at every stage, from production with the reclamation of processing waste to packaging with the use of 98% packaging from recycled and 100%-recyclable material.
